I love the elevator because it's all lit up and you can see through it to the indoor pool. My daughter absolutely loves the pool and can't wait until the weekend to go swimming. The room is humongous and the price is not.
There is one man that works there who is a complete D@#$! He was incredibly rude and and told us that if we didn't have the money then we should just go. He was referring to the fact that the room was $90.65 and I only had $88.65 until my husband who was on his way to the room to provide that got there, and no he wasn't very far away I'd say maybe 15 minutes tops. Completely unnecessary behavior if you ask me.

The spacious queen suite accommodated us perfectly, and we appreciated the friendly staff throughout our visit. The location was also a huge plus as it provided easy access to local eateries and shopping.

Extremely comfortable and clean. Nice all the way around. Have to return in Jackson in February and wanted to book but they said that the hotel will be being renovated.
Only issue i had was the continental breakfast. Being diabetic, there was not one thing i could eat.

My sister (Mia) her 50th birthday party there at your hotel and your staff person name Ben was the absolute best! We could not have pulled this party off without him. He did an awesome job setting up our party room. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY! VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE HIM ON STAFF TO REPRESENT YOUR HOTEL. I drove in from Nashville, and we had other family and friend to drive in from Atlanta, Chicago, Brownsville & Stanton TN. I really enjoyed my trip. Thank you, Audrey Bowles Nashville, TN

It was just a fitting option for a weekend getaway in Jackson with very nice value for money. The pool was sparkling and inviting, making it a great spot for relaxation. Make sure to take advantage of the hot breakfast until 10 AM for a good start to the day.

Well-kept hotel in an adequate area not far from Jackson for a softball tournament on a holiday weekend, the airport in Afghanistan and several restaurants making food choices easy. Good sized and brand-new room with a pullout couch, good value compared to other hotels.

The first room smelled of smoke real bad, the second room had no shower curtain, towel rack was halfway off the wall, carpet had stains all over it and the peep hole had toilet paper shoved in it. The guy at the desk when I checked out never asked me anything about my stay just thank you as he handed me my receipt. Disgusting is putting it nicely.

would come here again
The room was spacious with 2 queen beds, a microwave, fridge, and hairdryer. Nice private bathroom with toiletries provided. The air conditioning worked great, and the TV had cable channels. The fitness center was a bonus for workouts. Staff was super accommodating. Decent breakfast options too.

Couldn't use pool (point of the trip to let our son swim) because multiple people not staying at the hotel were in it. Ended up getting it filthy and it closed. Breakfast was horrible. 1 waffle maker and stale cereal.

The staff was awesome and room was very clean! The TV was at an odd angle from the bed but really wasn't a big deal at all!

Not bad for a family staycation
The rooms were clean and spacious, great for my family! Plus, we had a mini-kitchen that came in handy when heating up leftovers.
Things weren't exactly inexpensive but still passable.

Customer service was great; impress with house keeper they were friendly and kind - great attitude especially the keeper who cleaned up room #309 I could not get her name. I never had house keeper who actual greet and talk to the customer with a smile - please continue to keep her there.
The bed cover was stain, restroom shower ceiling had rust & fungus

This place smelled horrible. The phones didn't work and the staff was less than helpful.
